Help with an order

For urgent changes to a live order, contact the restaurant directly using the details shown on your order confirmation or receipt. Prepd can help with account access, payment references and technical issues.

Contact Prepd

Email hello@getprepd.uk with your order reference, restaurant name, phone number and a short description of the issue. We aim to route the request to the right place as quickly as possible.

Restaurant questions

Food preparation, delivery timing, missing items, allergy questions and refund decisions are handled by the restaurant that accepted the order. Prepd provides the software and payment workflow used to capture and track the order.

Payment questions

Card payments are processed by the connected payment provider. If a payment was taken but the order status looks wrong, send us the order reference and payment time so we can help reconcile it with the restaurant.
