Terms, delivery and cancellations
Orders placed through Prepd are fulfilled by the restaurant shown on the ordering page. Prepd provides the ordering and payment software; the restaurant remains responsible for preparing, accepting and fulfilling the order.
Collection, delivery and table orders
Available order methods depend on the selected restaurant, store opening hours and current service settings. Delivery areas, fees, preparation times and scheduled slots can change by store.
Payment
If online payment is available, you may be redirected to a secure payment provider checkout. Cash, card-present or pay-later options only appear when the selected restaurant has enabled them.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact the restaurant as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Refunds are reviewed by the restaurant based on order status, preparation stage, delivery progress and local policy. Approved card refunds are returned through the original payment provider where supported.
Allergens and food information
Menu and allergen information is provided by the restaurant. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, contact the restaurant before placing the order.
